Ferry
- Port Jefferson Ferry (will save some time and avoids NY City traffic)
Be sure to explore Port Jefferson, a historical ship building town.
Driving
- If you are driving, be aware traffic surrounding NYC during rush hour can add 1-2 hours.
Trains
- Long Island Railroad (LIRR) – Huntington and Greenlawn stops are nearby. Huntington trains arrive more frequently.
- Amtrak – Stops at Grand Central, where you can transfer to Penn Station to board LIRR.
